Shipping policy
Note that many of the products sold on this site are NOT physically located in our Gilroy, CA shop.
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless otherwise discussed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders will be shipped with tracking via the most economical method depending on the order’s size and weight.
** Please note that additional charges may be applicable for oversized items and items shipping outside of the continental US. In addition, some products cannot be shipped via air. In both instances, Predator's Archery will contact you via email to ask for next steps.
Ownership of packages turned over to carrier transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for carrier delays while your package is in transit, nor lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at check-out and any packages returned to us will not be automatically reshipped nor postage refunded.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
We highly recommend signing up for notifications and alerts on the carrier's website approximately 24 hours AFTER you have received the tracking number. This will allow you to have the same visibility we do in where your package is while in transit.
If you haven’t received your order within a reasonable amount of time of receiving your shipping confirmation email and you’ve checked the carrier's website for information, please reach out to us with your name and order number via the contact form, and we’ll figure out what to do next.
